Rusmolco awarded the best employees

The Russian Dairy Company organized at its own farms the celebration dedicated to the Day of the Agriculture and Processing Industry. The ceremony took place at eight farms of Rusmolco in November.

The events were attended by the heads of local administration. At the beginning of each event the audience was greeted by the managers of Rusmolco: Vladimir Reznichenko, first Deputy CEO; Victor Eremtsov, COO Agri and Yuri Zinkin, COO Dairy. They congratulated everyone with the completion of the harvesting, summed up the results of the company's work in 2018, and thanked the employees for the results achieved.

An integral part of all the events was an award ceremony where the best employees got the words of recognition, letters of gratitude and honorary certificates from the Ministry of the Agriculture of the Russian Federation and of the Penza region and from the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region. In total 100 people were rewarded. Moreover, eight people received diplomas from the Governor of the Penza region. Added to this is the fact that Rusmolco handed in solemnly its own thank-you notes to 25 employees of the different divisions of the company honoris causa.

Due to the holiday, each area organized festive concerts where people could enjoy the music and dances performed by local bands. 

Rusmolco pays great attention to work with the staff and improvement of the professional skills of the employees. Specialists get trainings both in Russia and overseas. There are more than 1,200 people working for the company.
