«Rusmolco» awarded students with individual scholarships

“Russian dairy company” awarded scholarships to the best students-agrarians in the framework of long-term cooperation program between the Rusmolco» and Penza agricultural Academy. The ceremony took place in academy on the 22nd of October. This event was dedicated to summing up the results of the summer labour season.

“Russian dairy company” has encouraged the best students of Penza agricultural Academy with nominal grants. Conferment took place for the third time in the framework of the event, dedicated to summing up the results of the summer labour season, and has become a good tradition. The event was attended by students of Penza agricultural Academy, the rector and teachers of Academy, business representatives and the Ministry of agriculture of the region.

Eight students of engineering and technology departments have received nominal scholarships in this year. The scholarship students are students of 4-5 courses, training on “good” and “excellent”. They have completed the summer practice at the enterprises of the “Rusmolco” successfully and received positive reports about their work from direct employers. Three of them have received scholarships again - it's the future the reserve of the company. These students will receive nominal scholarships at the rate of 3000 rubles every month during

the whole year. Diplomas were presented to the students by the head of the personnel management service of “Rusmolco” Yulia Brykina.

“We take care of the preparation of highly qualified young specialists for our enterprises in advance, that’s why we are ready to provide a platform for practice for the students. We hope that today's students, who have done an internship at our enterprises, will return to “Rusmolco” as young qualified specialists”.

Student’s agrodetachment «agropartner», which consisted of 18 students of the Academy, worked in “Rusmolco” in the summer of 2013 harvesting, harvesting forage, engaged in the care and feeding of cattle, maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery. During passing of the practice the students have consolidated theoretical knowledge and acquired practical skills. Average monthly wage of trainees amounted to 15500 thousand rubles.

General Director of LLC “Rusmolco” Pawel Redzisz believes that providing material support to the best students-agrarians, it is a good tradition, and it will be continued. “Rusmolco” pays special attention to working with the personnel. “During all period of work of the company we engage in training new specialists, because the presence a large number of highly qualified specialists of the world level is the guarantee of company’s successful activity, " said P.Redzisz.
