SOGAZ INSURES RUSMOLCO’S CATTLE

Insurance group SOGAZ entered into partnership with one of the leading milk producers - «Russian Dairy Company» («Rusmolco»). Penza branch of OJSC «SOGAZ» signed insurance agreement with LLC «RAA «Narovchatskoe» (a company of «Rusmolco» Group) and insured part of agricultural cattle of the commercial dairy farm in Narovchat area of the Penza region.

«More than 2500 agricultural animals have been insured against death, mortality, forced slaughter caused by diseases», ─ said Olga Kulishova, the Director of OJSC «SOGAZ», Penza branch. Total insurance amount is 270,9 mln roubles. Insurance period – one year. The dairy farm for 3600 heads in Narovchat area is one of the leading companies of «Rusmolco». The dairy commissioned in 2010 became the first industrial cattle farm in the region. The dairy has the best technology, the most modern equipment, and cattle with highest productivity. In 2014 the dairy farm produced more than 25 000 tons of milk.

MANAGEMENT COMPANY «RUSMOLCO» AWARDS THE BEST EMPLOYEES

On December 5, 2014 in the Russian Dairy Company a festive event for employees of the company took place, it was dedicated to Agriculture and Processing Industries Workers Day. The event was held in the new building of the Penza regional library named after М.Y. Lermontov.

Congratulations from the founders and company managers, awarding of the best employees, a holiday concert and a standing dinner became highlights of the event.

240 employees of the company participated in the event, the best employees from the farms had been invited, 49 employees of the company were awarded with certificates of gratitude, certificates of honor and diplomas, among them:

13 employees were awarded with certificates of gratitude of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia

6 employees were awarded with certificates of honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region 27 employees were awarded with certificates of LLC «Management Company «Rusmolco».

For the third consecutive year the company awards «The best combiner of «Rusmolco». Summarizing the results of this year, the award went to tractor operators I.I. Luniakov (RAA «Troitskoe») - 1 place, N.Y.Tuzov (LLC «Pachelma farm») - 2 place, and Y.P. Tuzov (LLC «Pachelma farm») – 3 place, who had harvested the most during the harvesting season.

All the awarded employees except for diplomas received cash rewards.
