The «Russian Dairy Company», the biggest milk producer in the region participated in the annual Vacancy fair that took place in the Penza State Agricultural Academy on March 20.
The annual «Vacancy fair» took place in the Penza State Agricultural Academy on March 20. Representatives of «Rusmolco» traditionally participated in the event, presented new projects of the company and talked to students.
Potential employers, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region, managers and professors of the HEI, graduating students of economics, engineering, technological and agronomical faculties of the Academy participated in the «Vacancy fair-2015».
In their speech, the representatives of «Rusmolco» told about projects of the company, among them - a dairy farm in village Arshinovka of Nizhniy Lomov area that stated operations in autumn of 2014, a heifer village under construction, a new elevator. At present «Rusmolco» is recruiting specialists for these facilities.
After the event, experts of «Rusmolco» held individual interviews with students, answered their questions and told about employment terms in a more detailed way.
«Rusmolco» has been working with the Penza State Agricultural Academy since 2012. Students intern at company’s facilities, the work is organized in compliance with a previously approved plan, each student works under an experienced expert of «Rusmolco». The best trainees are paid monthly scholarship and invited to work in the company.
