Rusmolco awarded the best employees

On December 12 Rusmolco held a celebratory event, dedicated to the end of the agricultural year. 200 employees attended the event.  Honored guests of this special occasion were the chairman of the Legislative Assemble of the Penza Region Valeriy Lidin and the minister of agriculture of Penza Region Andrey Burlakov.

V. Lidin congratulated the company’s employees with successful conclusion of the harvest season and expressed gratitude for the great results, which positively reflect on the whole region.

The event included an awarding ceremony. According to the results of the year the best employees were reworded with the certificates of Merit by Rusmolco; 29 people received these honorary certificates.

It should be noted, that 127 of the company’s employees received awards of regional and federal importance.  Also, a farm worker Kontisheva T. was awarded with the Order of Friendship; the President’s representative in Volga Federal Region Babich M. handed it to her.

CEO of Rusmolco Sumanta Kumar De was also awarded with the governor’s certificate of Merit for the great input in the development of the agriculture in the Penza Region. Sumanta Kumar De has been the head of the company since 2014; he is involved in strategic planning and controls operating activity.

Sumanta’s experience in the industrial production and agriculture helped him to bring Rusmolco to a new level of development and to execute a range of important projects of the company.

Everything that Rusmolco has achieved this year and in the past few years became possible essentially due to the people who work for the company. Rusmolco pays great attention to the human recourses, their training and professional growth. Training is held in the big companies in Russia and abroad. 180 of Rusmolco’s employees took part in the educational programs in 2016.

Rusmolco leads the policy of continuity of generations and regularly holds events to support and strengthen family value. Today there are 75 dynasties working for Rusmolco.

At the moment Rusmolco employs 1200 people. In 2016 the number of employees went up by 10% and the amount of jobs is still increasing.
