V. Putin awarded Rusmolco"s employee with the order of friendship

On September 20th of 2016 the President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a decree awarding Rusmolco’s employee - Tatyana Kontisheva, with the State Award of Russian Federation. She was honored with the Order of Friendship for her services in the development of the agroindustrial complex and her conscientious work for many years.

Tatyana Kontisheva has been working in “Rusmolco” since the company’s foundation. At the moment she is working as a calving operator on the farm of 3600 heads in the Narovchat’s Region of the Penza Region. Because of her professional skill and hard work she shows above average results every year. 

For several years the gains and the survival rate of the young stock under Tatyana’s care are consistently remaining on the high level.

T. Kontisheva is an experienced mentor, who in time of her career in “Rusmolco” has prepared a lot of young specialists. Having had a huge experience of agricultural work she continually helps and consults her coworkers.

In time of her work for “Rusmolco” Tatyana has received many rewards, proving her outstanding achievements in the agroindustrial complex. Also since 2005 she has been on the Wall of Honor of the Narovchat’s Region.
