Job fair – 2017 at Penza State Agrarian university

The Russian Dairy Company traditionally participates in the annual vacancy fairs. This year the fair took place at the Penza State Agrarian University on March 31.

At the University, there were many participants, these are: management staff and professors of the university, graduates, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry as well as representatives of different agricultural companies - potential employers.

After a welcome speech of Oleg Kukharev, head of the university, and Andrey Persanov, chief of bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, the students were greeted by the representatives of Rusmolсo. Rusmolco’s specialists told about such projects as elevator and seed plant, expansion of cow barns for 1200 more heads both in Arshinovka and Potodeevo. Completion of the construction of the new barns should be done by the summer 2017. For that matter, the Russian Dairy Company is searching for people to work at new facilities.

At the end of the official part of the event, Rusmolсo’s  staff continued to communicate with students. They answered numerous questions, told about prospects of the development of agri and dairy branches. Last years graduates shared their stories of success connected with their work in the Russian Dairy Company. Students, who had got interested in the work for Rusmolco, received a chance to be interviewed by the company’s specialists. 

Rusmolсo has been cooperating with the Penza State Agrarian University since 2012. Many students intern at the company. A practical activity is organized in accordance with a special plan. Skilled and experienced specialists of the company watch and assess every student! The best interns receive a monthly scholarship and are invited to work for Rusmolco!
