The Russian Dairy Company organized a festival for the children of its employees. More than 400 children of different ages visited the event. The youngest baby was only 1 year old.

Families from 8 areas of the Penza region (areas where Rusmolco has got its production facilities) came to Penza to receive New Year gifts, take part in competitions and just to get fun and relax. Boys, girls, and their parents went on the racket: they immersed themselves in the fantastic and magical atmosphere of the New Year holiday. The toddlers danced, sang songs and played games along with Santa Clause and his granddaughter Snegurochka (Snow Maiden). Candy girls and boys enjoyed candyfloss, popcorn and ice cream. To the joy of the children, they got interesting and creative tattoos from professional tattoo makers. Lustrous children’s eyes showed that the holiday was no slouch.

“Building and maintenance of family values is an integral part of Rusmolco’s policy. Nowadays, over 1,200 people work for the Company. And these people bring up 600 children. These boys and girls are our future and they are called for special attention. That is why, we decided to use the New Year holidays period in the most efficient way: to bring joy to the children and their parents and make them happy for a while,” - said Julia Brykina, head of the HR department of Rusmolco.
