Rusmolco took part in the job fair 2020

The Russian Dairy Company traditionally takes part in the Job Fair, organized by the Penza State Agrarian University every year.

This year the event was held on Friday, March 13.

The purpose of the show is to inform students about the situation on the job market and help them to choose the right company to work for after the graduation.

At the fair, the students and graduates met potential employers (as usual, these are representatives of large-scale business companies), they asked questions and got answers. That meeting was also interesting for the University managers and professors. The show was attended by members of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Penza region, heads of local administrations and agricultural departments, representatives of the regional employment center.

All the students were greeted by Oleg Kukharev, president of the Penza State Agrarian University; Andrey Burlakov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region; Alexander Zimnyakov, head of the Penza branch of Rosselkhozbank.

In his speech, Andrey Burlakov noted the prestige of working for the agricultural sector, focusing on the high wages in this industry.

This year, Yulia Brykina, HR Manager, and Olga Kuptsova, HR Specialist, represented the Russian Dairy Company. Olga told about the company's projects and perspectives, paying special attention to the new dairy farm for 5,200 heads in the Serdobsk area, the first stage of which was officially opened in March 2020. Olga spoke about the available vacancies (such as agronomists, zoo-engineers, veterinarians, engineers), described the conditions and peculiarities of the work for the Russian Dairy Company, career progression and growth for young specialists. Olga highlighted that the company has got a good tradition - family dynasties:  parents work with their children, husbands – with their wives. Moreover, many people have been working for Rusmolco since its foundation.

After the official part of the event, on the one hand, students were able to communicate with representatives of the company in person, to ask questions and fill in a questionnaire for the further employment. On the other hand, professors of the University prepared CVs of graduates in order Rusmolco could evaluate the level of knowledge and invite young specialist to work for one of the farms of the Russian Dairy Company.

Rusmolco has been cooperating with the Penza State Agrarian University since 2012.  Rusmolco pays out grants to the best students. Every autumn and spring, students come to Rusmolco’s farms to get practical trainings and to enrich their knowledge.  The best graduates are invited to work for the company. It is worth adding that representatives of Rusmolco take part in examination commissions on the regularly basis and have a chance to understand the level and potential of the graduates during exams.
