The Russian Dairy Company (a subsidiary of Olam International Singapore), a leading producer of raw milk in the Penza region and one of the largest in the country, took part in the regional job fair. The event was held on August 5 at the Festive Square of the city. The fair was organized by the Government of the Penza region, the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Demography of the Penza region, as well as Executive authorities.
The Governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev opened the event. He addressed a welcome speech to the audience. After that, he inspected the exhibition.
Companies - participants of the fair spoke about career opportunities and programs for young professionals. The regional employment services conducted some trainings for guests and visitors. People looking for a job got a chance to learn more about available vacancies in the companies of the region, to ask questions to potential employers, to fill out CV forms and pass express interviews.
Rusmolco's representatives told about available vacancies in the company and advantages of the work there. As of now, there are more than 30 vacant jobs within the company: the Russian Dairy Company is looking for zoo-engineers, veterinarians, milkers, drivers, mechanics, and others.
