Rusmolco took part in the Doors Open Day at Penza State Agrarian University

The Russian Dairy Company (a subsidiary of Olam International Singapore), a leading producer of raw milk in the Penza region and one of the largest in the country, took part in the Doors Open Day at the Penza State Agrarian University. The event took place on October 4.

The event was opened by Oleg Kukharev, director of the University.  Roman Kalentyev, acting Minister of the Agriculture of the Penza region; Denis Murzin, head of the department of the career development and additional professional education, as well as employers of the Penza region - all them took active part in that reception.

Olga Kuptsova, HR specialist of the Russian Dairy Company, told about the most popular professions in the agricultural sector, employment prospects and possible areas of professional growth.

The company has been cooperating with the Penza State Agrarian University since 2012. This cooperation is very fruitful: the best students get monthly scholarships from Rusmolco and the company is always happy to welcome students at its farms for trainings and then for future work.

In addition to say, Rusmolco's specialists are members of the University's Examination Committee. This membership allows seeing the potential of future graduates while they still study, motivating them and then inviting to work for the company. Many students are ready to continue working in the agricultural sphere.
