Rusmolco summed up the work of 2022

Rusmolco, one of the largest producers of the raw milk in Russia, sums up the work of 2022. The company has demonstrated high results in all directions of its activity. Within the year, “Rusmolco” produced 147.000 tons of dairy s. The average yield of one forage-fed cow amounted to 11.500 tons per day. At the end of the year, the overall amount of cattle in three dairy farms of the company totalled about 33.000 heads.

Stable high figures in dairy  production showes the results of well-planned strategy of milk development. “Rusmolco” dedicated the previous year to bringing to planned power the country’s largest closed-cycle dairy farm for 7200 heads, which is located in Serdobskiy district in Penza region. A large attention has been paid to the increase of operational efficiency on farms. Thus, the company has modernised Narovchatskiy’s dairy farm for 3600 heads, which will allow the company to increase the volume of production by 10%.

“Rusmolco” has developed and launched the program of intensification of yields, intended to increase feeding figures. Besides, the company has been working on genetic potential of animals. The company’s specialists have identified target figures, influencing on the herd, and have begun working on its improvement. Today, in order to fill farms, “Rusmolco” is mostly using herd replacements, obtained from the seed of elite bulls.

It should be noted that new technologies have been introduced on all the dairy farms of “Rusmolco”. They are intended to increase efficiency of the company and dairy productivity of animals. These are automated yielding machines with a large carrying capacity, robots for moving feed, a special microclimate and irrigation system, an automated system of removing dung, an automated drinking system and many others.

 Within 2022, the company created feed supply for 16 months. The feed base helps to control the quality and make balanced diet, which affects positively on productivity.

It should be reminded that “Rusmolco” has been one of the largest producers of milk in Russian Federation for several years. The company has also been among five most efficient Russian dairy companies, according to SoyuzMoloko, the Streda Consulting and the MilkNews agency.
