Rusmolco invited students of Agrarian Universities to work

Rusmolco invited students of agricultural universities of Russia to work. The company took part in Job fairs of the Russian State Agrarian University including the Moscow Agricultural Academy named after Timiryazev, Penza State Agrarian University, Ulyanovsk State Agrarian University and Saratov State University of Genetics, Biotechnology and Engineering named after Vavilov.

The main goal is to tell students about the labor market, to present future specialists with opportunities to work in a large agricultural holding and to help them in further employment and selection of a place for practical training.

“Rusmolco” was represented at the events by employees of the personnel management service and veterinary specialists. Films about the company and practical training at the enterprises were shown to the participants. In addition, representatives of the company told the students about how the company is organized, what requirements managers make of young professionals, how to successfully pass the selection and get a job.

Participants could communicate directly with HR specialists, pass a screening interview, fill out and leave their questionnaires and resumes and exchange contacts. Students actively asked questions about employment opportunities and practical training at “Rusmolco”.

Representatives of the company noted that Rusmolco provides its employees with decent wages, subsidized meals, corporate transport, special uniform, and organizes health resort treatment. Corporate events are regularly held not only for employees, but also for their children. In addition, the company provides housing to employees. 16 individual houses were built in Narovchatsky and Nizhnelomovsky districts of the Penza region in terms of the corporate program. And in terms of the state program "Integrated development of rural territories of the Penza Region", 20 individual residential houses have been built in the village of Zeleny Dol of the Serdobsky district and 6 more houses are being built. In total, 48 houses will be built as part of the program.

“Rusmolco” is one of the largest employers in the Penza region. Today, the company employs more than 1,600 people. The company pays great attention to the formation of a personnel reserve of graduates of agricultural universities and creates all necessary conditions for young professionals.
