Rusmolco told about the experience of cooperation with Penza State Agrarian University

Rusmolco, one of the largest producers of the raw milk in Russia, took part in an expanded meeting of the Council of Rectors of Agricultural Universities of the Volga Federal District and the opening of the All-Russian Sports Contest "Health". The event gathered more than 600 people from 33 regions, including Tatarstan, Bashkiria, Chuvashia. The meeting was devoted to the results and prospects of cooperation between universities and regional executive authorities. Roman Kalentyev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of the Penza Region, addressed the participants of the meeting with a welcoming speech.

"First of all, I want to thank you for coming to our region. It is very nice to see such a large delegation here, first of all, of course, the participants of the sports festival, and I also want to thank you as leaders who came to support their teams. Today's meeting is a great way to share opinions, experience, discuss pressing issues and will certainly have a positive result for the further development of the agricultural sector," he emphasized.

The speech of the head of the Personnel management service of Rusmolco, Julia Brykina, was dedicated to the long-term cooperation between the company and the largest agricultural university in the region. Rusmolco has been working with PSAU for more than 10 years. The company's specialists conduct practical and theoretical classes and trainings for students, take part in examination commissions and Open Days. A specialized classroom "Rusmolco" has been created at the university, and a laboratory has been created in terms of the Federal program "Professionalism". University students do an annual practical training at the company's enterprises. Over the years of cooperation, about 250 students have completed practical training. In addition, Rusmolco annually pays well-established students, nominal scholarships from the company's funds, regardless of state scholarships. In total, 78 people have become scholarship-holders since 2012. Today, more than 30% of graduates of the oldest university in the region work at Rusmolco.

Rusmolco plans to go on developing relationship with the university.

"This is the only way we will be able to train young qualified specialists for the company," Julia Brykina said.
