«Rusmolco» awards best workers

«Russian dairy company» («Rusmolco») is summarizing the results of year 2012 and awarding its best employees. The solemn ceremony took place at the Culture centre named after Dzerzhinsky (Penza).

«Rusmolco» awarded its best employees for the results of their work in year 2012. For the first time the award ceremony was conducted in a centralized manner – for all the nine enterprises of the company. The employees of “Rusmolco” gathered at the Culture centre named after Dzerzhinsky on November 23, 2012, where the gala concert to honor their achievements was organized.

Year 2012 turned out to be successful for the company mostly owing to the professional and coordinated work of the whole collective. The proof of it is the awarding of 45 employees of “Rusmolco”. Vladimir Reznichenko congratulated the distinguished workers. He thanked his collective for a substantial input into the development of the company and handed over cash bonuses and precious gifts to his employees.

For the first time, the nominees included the victors of the competition “The best combine operator of “Rusmolco”, who milled the largest amount of grain during the harvest campaign. Three employees received the gratitude from the Ministry of agriculture of RF “For longstanding earnest work in the industry”. That honor was bestowed onto the tractor operators I.I. Lunyakov, A.P. Tuzov, R.U. Yelmeev and the operator of machine milking N.V. Guskova, whose lives have been tied to agriculture for many years.
