“Russian dairy company”, the largest producer of milk in the region took part in the annual Career fair which took place at the Penza state agricultural academy (PGSHA) on March 29. A number of students were invited to a company interview.

 “Rusmolco” takes part in the Career fairs every year, which are organized at the PGSHA. The last event took place at the academy on March 29. The managers and professors of the university, graduates of the economical, engineering, technological and agronomist faculties of the university participated in the meeting with the representatives of large agricultural companies – potential employees. This year deputy minister for agriculture of the Penza region, Egor Chernyshov also took part in the event. In his presentation he emphasized the existing deficit of agricultural personnel in the region and underlined the importance of establishing close contacts between education and business.

In their speech the representatives of “Rusmolco” told about the projects of the company, paying special attention to the facility in v. Arshinovka, Nizhnelomovsky region. The first phase of the facility will put into operation in the near future, and currently “Rusmolco” is recruiting specialists to work at the new European-level enterprise.

“Rusmolco” has been collaborating with PGSHA for several years now. The students of the university are doing practical training at the company’s enterprises, have an opportunity to visit state-of-the-art facilities of “Rusmolco” in order to obtain practical skills. Since 2012 nine students of the university receive a scholarship which was established by the management of the company.

After the closure of the fair, the specialists of “Rusmolco” continued talking to the students at the university lecture rooms, told about the experience matured in the company, about the graduates of the years past, who are already working at the company, answered numerous questions. After the individual conversation with the graduates, who got interested in the employment perspective at “Rusmolco” some of them received an invitation to take part in an interview at the company.
