«Rusmolco» completes the sowing campaign preparation

The preparation for spring field work is in full swing at all the farms of Rusmolco.  The specialists of the company are sure that owing to the enormous spadework done during winter period  the 2013 seeding will be implemented up to the best standards.

«Rusmolco» prepares for the forthcoming sowing. The aim set before the employees and workers was to get ready for the 2013 seeding thoroughly and up to the mark.

In 2013 “Rusmolco” increases 11% the total area of arable lands, up to 66 000 ha. At the same time, in comparison with the last year, there will be some changes in the crop rotation of the company.  The area under forage crops rises up to 40%, 30% of the land will be sowed with grain crops, and 30% - with soya, corn, oil-bearing crops. It is connected, first of all, with active development of the dairy sector of “Rusmolco” and   necessity of the provision of the livestock with  own high quality  feed.  

The farms of  “Rusmolco” prepares seeds for the sowing. This year 70% of the seed stock will be hybrids of the foreign selection. In addition, “Rusmolco” purchased over 15 000 tons of nitric and complex fertilizers, concluded contracts for the supply of pesticides with such world known companies as Syngenta, BASF, Dupont, Bayer.  

The fleet of machines and tractors is considerably expanded. Large amount of agricultural equipment was purchased for the enterprises of the company. 4 Canadian seeding machines  Bourgault, 10 fertilizer spreaders Agrex, 17 tractors, 4 seeders and 6 sprayers John Deere and other facilities were bought by “Rusmolco”.

Moreover, now “Rusmolco” possesses 20 lorries и 6 manipulators «KAMAZ», 3 tankers. That will completely close the need of the enterprises for own motor-vehicle transport.  

At all the farms the preparation of the existing tractor-drawn implements and tractors is nearing completion. All the machinery will be in good order by the time of going out to fields.
